How to Use

·  Firstly, wear cotton socks before wearing"PMR® Polycentric Caliper Basic" which is given free of cost with the Caliper.
·  "PMR® Polycentric Caliper Basic" should be worn inside the clothes.
·  "PMR® Polycentric Caliper Basic” should be folded at 45° and also fold your leg at 45° and keep the padded side of Caliper Basic in front side of your leg.

·  The bigger part of the "PMR® Polycentric Caliper Basic” should be kept on the upper side of knee while the smaller part of "PMR® Polycentric Caliper Basic" on the lower side of knee.

·  The Joint of "PMR® Polycentric Caliper Basic" should come on parallel to outer side of the knee joint of your leg.

·  The "PMR® Polycentric Caliper basic“should be tightly wrapped on the back side of your leg by Velcro. Firstly tie the upper end of the "PMR® Polycentric Caliper basic" tightly then tie the lower end of the "PMR® Polycentric Caliper basic

·  Thereafter, fold the leg at 90° and again tie up tightly

·  Stand up and again tie the Velcro of "PMR® Polycentric Caliper Basic" tightly.

·  If you have complaint of shifting of "PMR® Polycentric Caliper Basic" then again tie up the Caliper Basic tightly.

·  Use PMR® Polycentric Caliper (basic) for 2-3 hours in a day initially & increase the time gradually as per convenience.
